Context

NetInFood LLC launched a B2B digital platform to connect demand/supply in the food industry and coordinate operational flows among buyers, sellers and logistics actors.

Problem

A multi-role scenario required unified handling of catalog, quotation requests, access management and sensitive-data visibility (prices/contacts) across mobile and web.

Main issues involved coordination between commercial processes and logistics operations with differentiated authorization levels.

Analysis

Technical analysis identified strong dependencies between catalog domain, user identity, company verification status and quotation workflows.
